To do this we need supple hips — hips that move with ease and without restriction. Hip strength and stability are often overlooked in this equation. Join us for two hours devoted to healthy hips.

Partner Thai Massage & Chocolate Meditation

Bring your partner or a friend for this decadent & FUN experience of Thai Yoga Massage!

Explore true bliss and relaxation! In this light-hearted workshop, you will learn the basic techniques of Thai Yoga Massage to help release tension and tightness in the neck, shoulders and back.

Each partner will have a chance to give and to receive a short guided Thai Yoga Massage sequence.

Thai Yoga Massage is offered over clothing and is considered the “lazy man’s yoga” as it combines stretch and massage. Participants need no experience but they do need to be able to get up and down from the ground. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are recommended.

We will end the practice with a guided chocolate meditation.

Pelvic Floor Health for Women

Join Jennifer Portnoy, DPT, ERYT500 as she shares with us ways yoga can help with our pelvic floor health.  Combining yoga practice with pelvic floor exercises facilitates optimum health of the urinary, bowel, and reproductive systems by lengthening and strengthening the pelvic floor which in turn greatly reduces and even eliminates urinary and fecal incontinence. No yoga experience needed.
