I teach live, online classes through At Home Yoga & Well BE-ing Studio. To join me, please join our studio and then purchase a class pass that will fit your needs.
Wednesdays
Slow Flow & Breathwork
5:30 pm (MT)
Vinyasa or flow can be defined as “moving with awareness”. This Slow Flow class is about moving slowly and breathing, noticing and allowing. Notice the movement, stillness, the breath the body and mind’s reaction and then just allow. Each class will start with a variety of breathwork/pranayama practices followed by postures woven together to create a moving meditation. This class is suitable for students with at least 6 months of yoga experience.
Sundays
Yoga Therapy Series – Neck & Shoulders
This 75-minute yoga therapy class focuses on the neck and shoulders and will be offered for three consecutive weeks.
You will practice a mix of floor and wall-based movements and breathwork to release stress in the neck and shoulders. Focus will be on both lengthening and strengthening muscles, releasing connective tissue and letting go of stress.
Each class will include a long relaxation to integrate the work and relax the body, mind and spirit.
You may use any most of our passes for this class or make a donation using the donation pass (minimum donation is $5).
(You may want to consider having the following props for this class: yoga mat, yoga blanket, 2 yoga blocks, 8 foot yoga strap, yoga bolster)
Reminder: All class times are in Mountain Time
