Stress Management Support

When was the last time you felt inspired and fully alive?  Have the last few months or years been challenging? Do you not feel quite right, as if you aren’t truly living your life?  On a scale of 1 to 10 is your stress level closer to a 10? Are you overloaded with information?

After an initial assessment,  together we will design an individualized stress management plan using some or all of the following techniques:  worksheets, meditation, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), restorative yoga, breathwork and yoga techniques.

Managing your stress can help with lowering blood pressure, increasing your energy, enhancing your ability to sleep and strengthening your immune system.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a technique that utilizes the ancient science of yoga…postures, breathwork, and meditation combined with bio-psycho-social models of behavior change and wellness. The practice is tailored to the individual clients’ needs. Yoga Therapy places equal emphasis on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of being. It is for anyone and any body with any physical or emotional condition.

Private Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork

Private yoga lessons in Santa Fe, NM or online are perfect for the beginner wanting to learn the basics before moving into a group yoga class or the seasoned student looking to dive a little deeper or work on personal interests, concerns or goals.  The private lesson allows the student and teacher to work toward the individuals goals.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Therapy is a unique and powerful system of Yoga, which combines rhythmic movement, acu-pressure, asanas (Yogic stretching exercises), gentle twisting, energy work and meditation. Thai Yoga Therapy stimulates and balances the flow of energy through the body’s Sen channels (energy lines). By opening the areas which are blocked, Thai Yoga Therapy brings the person into balance for health and well-being. Thai Yoga Therapy brings a release of stress and tension, an increase in aliveness and deepens the connection between mind, body and spirit in both the giver and receiver.

The practice is performed on a mat on the floor with the recipient wearing loose, comfortable clothing. This form of therapy leaves the client feeling energized but relaxed at the same time.
