Jacci believes yoga gave her the tools to be awake and aware so she can move through her life open to possibility, learning and change. She is an entrepreneur walking a path of discovery, inquiry and healing for herself and others. Jacci is dedicated to spending the next half of her life expanding her knowledge, re-learning and helping others do the same through the process of compassion, patience, acceptance, and permission.
As a Yoga Therapist and Functional Movement and Recovery Specialist she works with individual clients and small groups to navigate chronic pain, anxiety, depression, injury and illness. Her desire is to help others use the tools of yoga, wellness and movement to be fully alive and thrive in day-to-day life.
Jacci holds certifications in Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, and has over 2,000 hours of training in these disciplines. She has taught over 6,000 hours, trained more than 400 yoga teachers in the Pranakriya tradition of yoga and holds a Masters of Health Science.
Prior to yoga entering her life, Jacci ran Wellness programs for both The George Washington University and Arlington County Government and worked with individuals to develop personal wellness plans.
