Spend a day with Jacci immersed in Pranakriya™ and Kripalu™ Yoga. Explore yoga and deepen your relationship with yourself.
Our day will start with a long, deep practice including pranayama (breathwork), meditation and asana as well as yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to connect more intimately with ourselves and the practice of yoga. After sharing, we will look at the basic lifestyle tenets of yoga off the mat – the Yamas & Niyamas and how to incorporate them into our day-to-day living. We will share a pot-luck lunch together and talk about mindful eating and living. After lunch, we will participate in walking meditation and then a guided seated meditation. We will share our experiences and then end our day with a gentle and restorative yoga class.
This day of yoga is open to all students who are looking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.
Come to inspire and revitalize your practice or to learn what’s possible through an authentic approach to internal yoga.

The Swami Kripalu India Lineage Tour 2014 with Yoganand & Jacci
October 27 – November 8, 2014
Join us on the adventure of a lifetime as we weave together our Kripalu/Pranakriya lineage in its homeland of India. This exploration is for teachers and devoted practitioners on this Tantric Yogic Path. We’ll begin in New Delhi and travel on to Vadodara in the Gujurat providence, home and burial place to Swami Kripalu, Kayavarohan, and Malav. From here we will fly to Varanasi and together discover the power of the Ganges River and the city of liberation. After opening all of our senses in Varanasi we will wind our way to Khujaraho and settle into the quiet of temple visits, practicing one morning at the Goddess Temple. During our days together we will practice yoga, hear the stories of our lineage, listen to music, swim, sample delicious cuisine and walk through many stunning and life changing inner and outer landscapes.
As teachers and practitioners of yoga we are the link from the ordinary to the extraordinary. This trip is to feed your soul and remind you of your divine nature. You will leave feeling inspired in your body, heart and mind and connected to the divine nature within and all around you.
